Hardcore price manipulation on Bittrex right now. Whale moving around two 8 BTC sell walls around 32k sats.

I was going to dump 20 BTC in and clear it out, I think that would be really funny.

Is anyone else on Bittrex or are all of you on Zaif?

I think it's an arbitrage bot that automatically buys from zaif if you buy from bittrex. I noticed it follows the zaif prices very closely and always is at a price that will allow for the bot to still buy at a profit from zaif. Buying up 20 btc would definitely drive the price up a bit but it will always come back to arbitrage I think.

Arbitrage between markets is generally healthy. An example of what happens without arbitrage is the ETH flash crash on GDAX. There was no crash at all on other exchanges, like Bitflyer. Arbitrage in properly linked markets would have prevented GDAX ETH from crashing so far.

Try bringing up quote screens from Bitrex and Zaif at the same time. If you can place trades so as to make arbitrage profits, please do so. It will increase market stability and liquidity, and reduce the price spreads (slippage).
