cex.ioの２段階認証の登録してある端末が急に動かなくなったので
リセットしました。だからログインできなくなった、、、
サポートに連絡しようにも英語できないorz

For clarification, which 2FA service are you currently using Google Authenticator or Authy?

I used Google Authenticator.
たぶんGoogle AuthenticatorとAuthyのどっち使ってたのか聞いているだけだと思うからこれだけでいいと思う

私もBitstampで２段階認証使ってて、スマホが壊れてログイン出来なくなったので、
問い合わせてロックを解除してもらったことがある。

When you activated 2FA on your account, there was a code next to the QR code you scanned.
This code is used for manually adding the information for your account to the app, and can be used in this case if you wrote it down.
We have to be sure that you are true account holder, you can be verified for 2FA disable by either signing your BTC depositing address, or sharing the information listed below this link:

Afterwards, you will be able to re-enable it.

で、コードを書き残してないのなら、アカウントの本当の持ち主かを確認する必要があるよと言ってる。

確認方法としては、リンク先に書いてある方法で、BTCのdepositing addressサインをするか、
>>10 の情報を返信して、>>11 の1、2の書類をリンクに習って送ってと言ってる。

それと、walletのトランザクション詳細の履歴を確認しろと言ってる。

必要な情報を提供してくれたら、セキュリティ部門に調査してもらいます。
もし追加で情報が必要なら連絡します。
