Can it replace bitcoin? No cryptocurrency can replace bitcoin as a store of wealth. Monacoin can replace bitcoin in other aspects such as micro transactions and speed. It currently cost about 3 dollars to send any amount of bitcoin because of high TX fees and takes around 1 hour to confirm 6 times. Monacoin has a transaction fee that is fractions of a penny and confirms 6 times in around 10 minutes.
There is a need for a crypto like Monacoin.

The community is what makes Monacoin special. I have looked at all other cryptocurrencies and I can tell you that Monacoin is driven by creativity and giving. Other currencies focus soley on making money, Monacoin focuses on having fun and being practical.
